REMINDER: Warren Valley View Water Project Begins Monday

Work will begin around Dec. 12 along Valley View Road from Mountain Avenue to Wells Lane in Warren.

WARREN, NJ — New Jersey American Water is investing $403,000 to improve water service reliability and increase water flows for household consumption and firefighting.

The main installation project will include installing approximately 1,700 feet of new 12-inch ductile iron water main along Valley View Road from Mountain Avenue to Wells Lane.

Work will begin around Dec. 12 and will continue Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. While work is being done customers may experience a slight discoloration of water. If this happens, run the water until it runs clear.

The project will take about two weeks to complete. Final paving and restoration will be completed in the spring/summer of 2017.
