A Fundraiser for the Friends of the Warren Twp Library: Tea time at the Warren Library featuring pastry Chef Kir Rodriguez on November 8
On Saturday, November 8th at 2 pm, patrons are invited to enjoy afternoon tea at the Warren Township Library at a Fundraiser for the Friends of the Library, featuring pastry chef Kir Rodriguez.
Kir Rodriguez joined the prestigious International Culinary Center in 2004 and has worked at prestigious NYC restaurants such as Union Square Café, Le Cirque, and Café Boulud. Chef Kir will demonstrate how to prepare a delicious dessert, that participants will get to taste accompanied by tea provided by the library. Attendees are asked to bring a cup, saucer and spoon to enjoy afternoon tea at the library. This is a Fundraiser to benefit the Friends of the Library, tickets are being sold at the Circulation desk for $20 per person. Payment in cash is due at the time of registration. Raffle tickets will also be sold at the event for $5 each to win scrumptious Red Velvet Cupcakes prepared by Chef Kir. Attendance to this special event is limited to 40 people, due to space constraints.
