Following in her footsteps is Ashley Freitas, Cherie’s protégé and daughter, who grew up around real estate. Raised in Warren and immersed in the business from childhood, Ashley combines modern marketing strategy, digital reach, and elevated client service with the foundational principles she learned from her mother. She is known for her hands-on approach, strong communication, and ability to guide clients seamlessly from listing to closing.

Supporting the team is Steve Berger, Cherie’s husband, who holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing.
