WARREN, NJ — A Basking Ridge man was arrested for driving while intoxicated and a Warren business owner reported the theft of $10,000 on Thursday in Warren, police reported.

On Thursday, Sept. 15 at 2:46 a.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Mt. Bethel Road, Brian Nevins Jr., 40, of Basking Ridge was arrested for Driving While Under The Influence and Possession of Under 50 Grams of Marijuana.

He was issued summonses for DWI, possession of CDS, careless driving, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane.
He was processed and released pending a court appearance.

On Thursday, Sept. 15 at 1:20 p.m.: A Stirling Road business owner fell victim to theft by deception and had a loss of approximately $10,000. Investigation is continuing.
