Berkeley Heights Artist Displays Paintings Illustrating 'Moods of Nature' In Warren
The collection features 19 pieces of art by Patricia A. Kozlowski and will be on exhibit at until Nov. 30 at the Warren Township Library.

WARREN, NJ — A Berkeley Heights artist will be displaying her series of oil paintings illustrating "The Many Moods of Nature" at The Art Space at the Warren Township Library branch.
The collection features 19 pieces of art by Patricia A. Kozlowski and will be on exhibit at until Nov. 30.
Kozlowski, who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, began studying drawing and painting at the Visual Art Center of New Jersey 15 years ago.

“I paint because I want to create beauty," she said. "I enjoy actually making and blending colors and bringing a mountain, road or the ocean to life on my canvas. I love the way the play of dark and light can create mystery or peace depending on the mood of the scene.”
The current exhibit of oil paintings on canvas represents a wide variety of places and seasons including a beach in Ireland, the Great Swamp at sunset, an icy stream, a covered bridge in Vermont as well as the gardens at Lake Como.

“Painting is a great gift in my life," Kozlowski said.
Kozlowski has exhibited her work at various local art shows in Bernardsville, Watchung, and Summit. She has taken First Place in the Watchung Summer Art Fair.
Some of the pieces on display are available for sale, with 20 percent of the selling price going to the Friends of the Warren Library.
