How does one go from just Mom to...
“Mom”umental - reaching goals, achieving more than imagined and helping set new standards in fitness training?
Well for this Warren, NJ Mom it was her dedicated journey which began with a milestone birthday (her 40th) and the decision to take charge of her body and get a jumpstart on fitness at NJ Adventure Boot Camp. Hardly able to complete a timed mile, but after completion of the 4 week session, noticed remarkable improvements. Lisa Fleischhacker didn’t stop there but came to realize fitness was not an option but rather a necessity for feeling energetic, stronger and healthier. It was exactly what she needed not only to change her body but also to change her life.

Lisa continued boot camp and added personal training, incorporating kettlebell lifting to become much stronger. Getting certified and instructing kettlebell lifting proved positive when Lisa entered the World Kettlebell Club competition to place first for her inaugural participation of that event. In addition, along the way, Lisa completed 2 triathlons and 2 half marathons, with a number of mud runs and a triumphant Spartan Race finish. This Mom is extraordinary in everything she does.
As living proof and evidence of the Art Of Strength, and thinking there’s really something to this technique of working out, Lisa decided to team up with her trainer and fitness expert, Valerie Pawlowski to bring you Art of Strength NJ Training Center. Lisa, Co-owner of Art Of Strength NJ, serving as an extraordinary example, now coaches, trains and helps so many other women and men realize their potential and reach their goals. A monumental accomplishment for all indeed.
