Unlocking the Mysteries of the Teenage Brain

Here’s a suggestion for a great way for parents to start off the school year. Come hear Watchung Hills biology teacher Carol Landa talk about the latest research on the structure of the adolescent brain. Carol attended a course on Neurobiology this past summer where she did original research using her own students’ work. She discovered some surprising things about how teens learn best and she will be giving a talk designed for parents who want to learn how to best support their children in their quest to attain academic success.

A talk will be held on Sunday, September 9^th at the Long Hill Library at 2:00 pm. Pre-registration is not required and all are welcome. Please see the flier pictured for details.
