Camp Harmony Puts The 'Ugga Bugga' In Summer Fun
Learn more about this popular Warren-based summer camp at upcoming events.

Imagine 25 sprawling acres in the heart of Warren—all dedicated to creating summer fun, lasting friendships and fond memories for our children.
Drive down Mt. Horeb Road and you’ll find just that: Camp Harmony, proudly a local family owned and operated business since 1926. This popular summer camp offers 6-, 7- and 8-week camp options for children ages 3-12. Jerry and Carol Amedeo, owners and directors, have created a magical environment and camp experience that brings campers–and staff–back year after year.
Warren resident Paula Arrom has been taking her daughter Lily to Camp Harmony for the last years and is looking forwad to her fourth.

“She is as excited as ever about going there," Arrom said. "In fact, she has informed me that she will never leave Camp Harmony, and will grow up to be a counselor there."
She added that from her perspective, Camp Harmony is "a wonderful, nurturing place."

"The moment she gets on the van each morning, the fun begins," she added. "There are fun theme days, and special activities throughout the summer, which add to the excitement.
"The swimming staff taught Lily to swim during her first summer, and she continues to improve each year," Arrom added. "She is thrilled to be a deep-water swimmer, and loves going down the water slides during Free Swim. Each of her bunks has been well-staffed to handle the number of campers in her group, and she has loved each of her counselors (especially Maja Feenick!). Camp Harmony is also a nut-free environment -- a tremendous bonus for us, the parents of a child with life-threatening nut allergies. My 'selective' eater has been enticed to try turkey tacos, cheese quesadillas, hamburgers, and chicken patties--all foods she wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole at home! So the food must be good if she is willing to eat it! We love Camp Harmony, and highly recommend it. Ugga Bugga!”
Campers and staff agree that Camp Harmony creates unforgettable moments, lasting friendships and an unrivaled sense of belonging.
“Camp Harmony is such an amazing place, it’s like a big family!,” says returning staff member Maja Feenick, of Warren. “I wish my family had known about Camp Harmony, I would have loved to spend my summers here!”
Like Lily, now that Maja has discovered Camp Harmony, she also hopes never to leave it!
The staff is well trained and the facility well equipped to deliver on Camp Harmony’s promise of a safe, creative, activity packed, and overall memorable experience. You’ll find state-of-the-art amenities like the multimedia dining room and fully air conditioned activities building as well as three heated pools, adventure high & low ropes course, nature trail & yurt, ga-ga court, outdoor hockey rink and a brand new 400’ zip line.
