Chocolate Truffle Making Class Offered through The Adult School

This Chocolate Truffle Making class will dive hands first into the art of truffle making, made easy. Participants will learn about ingredient selection and how to use a variety of flavorings, toppings, and ingredients to make their own truffles at home. During the class, students will make and flavor their own ganache to take home for topping once the ganache sets up. They will also finish topping a ganache made by the Chocolatier for bringing home. The class will be held on Wednesday, April 8th, 6-8 pm at Ridge High School, Basking Ridge. Cost: $30. Advanced registration is required.
