THE UNION ARMY IS COMING TO WATCHUNG!!
On Saturday October 5th, 2013, The 3rd New Jersey Volunteer Infantry will be re-enacting an authentic Civil War Encampment at the Watchung Circle from 10 am. - 4 pm!
Bring the entire family 150 years back in time (1863) as the 3rd New Jersey drills, marches, and explains the various aspects of Civil War army life, such as, camping, music, uniforms, medicine, equipment, weapons, and food.
PLUS! A PRIZE FOR ANY CHILD WHO RECITES PRESIDENT LINCOLN’S GETTYSBURG ADDRESS!
