Cub Scouts visit Warren Township Police Headquarters

Fingerprints, Forensics and Fun!

Last Friday, March 16th, nine Bear Cub Scouts and their parents from Pack 182’s Den 9 visited Warren Township Police Headquarters. The Scouts were taken on a tour of the new station by Officers Ross Portner and Luke Masterson. Everyone enjoyed a demonstration of finger-printing and discussion of crime scene forensics lead by Detective Rob Dinsmore. This enabled the Scouts to complete their “Forensics” adventure, and learn some pretty cool stuff in the process.

A plaque thanking the Warren Township Police Department for serving our community was created by Bernie Ryder as part of his “Baloo the Builder” activity requirement and was presented to the Officers during the visit. We are proud and thankful for the commitment of the Police Department to making our community safe.
