WARREN TOWNSHIP, NJ — A bicyclist was injured after being hit by a car Tuesday evening in Warren Township, police said. The driver has been charged.John Hughes, 64, was hit by a car at 6:30 p.m. on Stirling Road, police said. Hughes was transported to Morristown Medical Center with various injuries, police said. His current condition was not released.The driver, 28-year-old Jose Arias of Plainfield, was charged with careless driving and failure to maintain a lane.
