Driver Arrested For DUI, Drugs In Warren: Police

A Stirling woman was arrested on multiple charges involving drugs following a traffic stop in Warren, police report.

WARREN, NJ — A Stirling woman was arrested on multiple charges involving drugs following a traffic stop in Warren, police report.

On May 19 at 11:43 p.m., Jessica Powell, 21, of Stirling was stopped in her car on Stirling Road in Warren and arrested for driving under the influence, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia, being under the influence of controlled dangerous substance and failure to surrender controlled dangerous substance, police report.

She was also issued summonses for driving under the influence, controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, careless driving, disregard of marked lanes and maintenance of lights.

The on-call duty tow truck responded and she was processed and released to a family member.
