Dump Truck Crashes After Brakes Failed

Warren, NJ -- A dump truck crashed into a curb and a tree on King George Road after his brakes failed, Warren Police reported.

The truck, driven by Randall Madrigal-Solis, 34, of Manville, was travelling south on the road on Saturday, May 14 at 3:08 p.m. when he crashed.

He refused medical attention and the dump truck was towed. No summonses were issued.

On Monday, May 16 at 11:48 a.m.: Jose R. Valladares, 38 of Dunellen sideswiped Andrezj Konopka, 47, of Raritan on Geiger Lane near King George Road.

Valladares was issued a summonses for having an unregistered trailer.

On Monday May 16 at 4:03 p.m.: A Hillcrest Road resident reported credit card fraud as $5,948.02 were charged at two locations using the victim's credit card.
