Scott, ranked 10th in the world, joins the AOS NJ team to provide you with workouts featuring a unique combination of traditional boxing techniques. These sessions are guaranteed to provide a fantastic workout that will rev your heart rate and tone your arms, core and legs.

7:15 – 7:45 p.m. (only 1 spot remains)

Learn boxing from the ground up, focusing on fitness levels and the fundamental skills needed in order to build form. No experience is necessary, as competitive boxers and newbies alike are encouraged to take advantage of the fat-burning training to get into combat shape.
From there you’re sure to get hooked!
