An "Summer Bounty of NJ" cocktail class will be held at Uproot Restaurant at 6:30 p.m.for adults ages 21 and older.
NJ’s Bounty of watermelons, peaches, strawberries, raspberries and tomatoes will be utilized to create delicious drink recipes. The cocktail classes will last for approximately 1 ½ hours. Each participant will be provided all of the necessary ingredients and equipment to make each cocktail. Light fare will be provided in addition to parting gifts.
