The 5th Annual Family Pig Roast and Jersey Fresh Food Festival will be held at Alstede Farms from 6 - 10 pm. Enjoy a huge variety of all you can eat Alstede Farms' homegrown fruits and vegetables along with roasted pork all deliciously prepared by Chef Heinrich Aichem of the Black Forest Inn of Stanhope, NJ. An opportunity to meet and speak first hand with the grower and preparer of every delicious homegrown food item used in the menu will be available.
Admission includes all you can eat fresh roast pork, side dishes, unlimited soft drinks, dessert, live country music, campfire, and hayrides to Harvest Hall where this event will be held. German beer and wine will also be available for purchase.
