 Let’s take an in depth look at posture and how it effects the performance of our bodies.  Through understanding the common causes of poor posture we can begin to understand how to begin the process of correcting it.  Kris Timpert will discuss the consequences of having poor body alignment and offer solutions to balancing the body for healthy, pain free living.  In addition, we’ll discuss the role posture has with children and their sports performance.  Join us for this informal conversation!!
