Pat Kennelly, certified fitness instructor, will lead a unique movement experience where world music, self-expression, and joy release the dancer from within! This class will incorporate movement therapy, Qi Kung, and Yoga. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Registration is required.
Speaker Biography:
Pat Kennelly has been teaching group exercise classes for fifteen years and yoga for the past seven years. She is certified by NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association), the Yoga Institute, YogaFit, Kripalu YogaDance/Shake Your Soul, and Zumba.
