Fraud, DWI, Hit-And-Run Reported In Warren

A fraud, DWI and hit and run accident were reported in Warren recently, according to the police blotter.

WARREN, NJ — A fraud, DWI and hit-and-run accident were reported in Warren recently.

Warren Police Blotter:

On Sept. 28: A resident of Dead River Road responded to headquarters to report an incident of fraud. The subject reported a loss of approximately $1,647 due to a fraudulent Alibaba transaction.

On Oct. 3 at 11:40 p.m.: A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident was reported on Woodland Drive. An unknown driver struck a light pole and fled the scene.

On Oct. 4 at 3:08 a.m.: Fatima Hill, 29, of Morristown was arrested for DWI following a motor vehicle stop on Route 78. She was processed and released pending a court appearance. Her vehicle was towed from the scene. She was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, speeding, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and delaying traffic.
