FREE Mommy & Me and Toddlers in Transition Classes at Mountain Top School

The Mountain Top School has opened enrollment for 2 early childhood classes which begin Monday, October 19.

Mommy & Me

This weekly class for children ages 6 - 18 months runs Mondays between October 19 and December 21, 2015 from 11:00am-12:00pm.

Our Mommy and Me program focuses on the developing toddler and creates a special time for the child and their care-giver. A Mountain Top teacher makes an early introduction to school routine through activities such as circle time, snack, and arts and crafts. This program, combined with the social interaction for child and adults, allows for emotional growth.

Toddlers in Transition

The Toddlers-in-Transition class is for children ages 18-24 months and also runs from October 19 and December 21, 2015 from 9:15-10:15am. This class offers your child a warm, nurturing introduction to the routines of our school. The program includes circle time, snack, playtime, crafts, music and more. We ask an adult to accompany the child for the first few sessions for a true parent-to-school transition. Mountain Top teachers seamlessly ease your child into their first independent school setting while fostering educational and emotional growth.

Toddlers-in-Transition is a half-year program. Upon completion, your child transitions into the Orange Class or Camp where lessons and routines learned in transition class are reinforced. Students will stay for a longer day and include lunch-time in their routine.
