Pharmacy Says Prescription Was Fraudulent

Jan. 3
A Geiger Lane resident reported the theft of a 2011 Range Rover from the driveway of the residence sometime overnight. The theft was reported at 6:13 a.m.

Jan. 1
Jason Lent, 31, of Gillette, was charged with DWI at 2:38 a.m. after police stopped the vehicle he was driving on Sneider Road. He was also charegd with reckless driving and careless driving. He was released in the custody of a family member after the charges were filed, pending an appearance in municipal court.

Dec. 30
A High Oaks Drive resident reported the theft of a blue, 2011 Mercedes-Benz E350 from the residence's garage sometime during the night of Dec. 30.

Police responded to an accident on Nottingham Way, after a vehicle driven by Ismail Yilmaz, 44, of Port Monmouth, hit a parked vehicle on the street at 9:43 p.m. No charges were filed in the incident.
Dec. 28
Police received a report of fraud at the Walgreen's Pharmacy at 2:12 p.m., when someone attempted to fill a fraudulent prescription.

No injuries were reported in an accident on Stirling Road, north of Dillon Court, after a vehicle driven by Erika Waldner, 17, of Warren, hit a vehicle driven by Nancy Stairs Peer, 53, also of Warren, at about 6 p.m. No charges have been filed in the incident.
