The missing Shih Tzu was last seen near Twin Brooks Country Club in Watchung.
Ruby is one-and-a-half years old, has tan, white and some black coloring and was wearing a silver collar with emergency information on it.

"Please help us find her," Emily Sobel posted on a flier. "Do not chase, be calm."
Ruby is from 24 Roseland Avenue in Warren.
