The American Yoga Academy
will be holding an Informational Yoga Teacher Training Session on
Sunday, February 2 from 11:30 - 12:00 pm at MONDO in Summit and its
Studio at The Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange.

The Academy is widely known for its 200 and 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Courses and is registered with Yoga Alliance, an organization which
created a National/International standard. There is something for everyone…from Yoga to Meditation to
Strength Training. The School was founded by Claire E. Diab, International Yoga Therapist,
Health & Wellness Expert, Master Educator and Advisor at The Chopra
Center for Well-Being.

Prior to the session, enjoy an Open Yoga Class from 10:30 - 11:30 am.  Class fee is $20. All levels. No experience necessary.
