JCP&L Sends In Workers From Ohio As Outages Remain In Warren
JCP&L estimates power restoration is expected by 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday for those still without power following Tropical Storm Isaias.
WARREN, NJ — JCP&L has sent crews from Ohio to Warren Township to help bring power back to the more than 30 residents who remain without electricity on Monday. The outages have spanned almost a week since Tropical Storm Isaias hit the area bringing down trees and wires.
As of 10:10 a.m. on Monday, JCP&L is reporting 44 Warren residents without power and PSE&G reported fewer than 5 residents without power.
JCP&L estimates power restoration is expected by 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday while PSE&G expects power to return by 12:15 p.m. Monday for their customers.

"Lots of progress today by the out of state crews but still some work to be done. Continue to report your outages to JCPL," Warren Police said on Sunday.
The Warren Township Library is open Monday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. and will serve as a cooling center. COVID-19 precautions will be observed and masks will be required.

Warren officials said JCP&L is working to repair an outage near Stiles Road and Stirling Road that is impacting 11 homes. There are also about 13 homes whose individual house connections have been impacted.
Four other homes in the area of Jessica Lane and North Road and six homes on Mount Horeb Road also remain without power.
