Multiple car accidents reported over Memorial Day weekend: Warren Police blotter

Warren, NJ -- Jewelry and about $900 in cash was stolen from a Cardinal Drive home on May 27 at 4:54 p.m., Warren Police report.

On May 27 at 2:50 p.m.: Magdalena Estrada, 67 of Piscataway was issued a summons for careless driving after she struck a curb and then a trailer being hauled by a Perth Amboy man on Dubois Road. No injuries reported.

On May 29 at 3 p.m.: Mary Kaczor, 64, of Warren was issued a summons for careless driving after she pulled out of her driveway and struck another Warren resident on Reinman Road. The driver and passenger of the second car was taken to Overlook Hospital.

On May 30 at 1:04 a.m.: A 17-year-old Warren resident lost control of his car and struck a utility pole on Mt. Bethel Road near Mountain Blvd. A passenger was transported to Morristown Medical Center for minor injuries. No summonses were issued.
