King George Road Reopens Following Crash

King George Road​ reopened Friday morning after a Green Brook teen crashed her car into a utility pole, police said.

WARREN, NJ — King George Road reopened Friday morning after a Green Brook teen crashed her car into a utility pole, Warren Police said.

A 17-year-old from Green Brook was driving on King George Road just before midnight when she lost control and crashed into a utility pole, police said.

The teen suffered minor injuries but did not want to go to a hospital.

JCP&L and Verizon are repairing the pole. Warren Township Rescue Squad and Fire Department also responded.

No summonses were issued to the teen.

The roadway reopened at 11 a.m. on Aug. 23.
