Joshua Dziedzic, 30, of Warren, was charged with possession of heroin at 2:51 a.m. Tuesday, after police stopped the vehicle he was driving on Old Stirling Road. Police said Dziedric had numerous outstanding warrants, including motor vehicle warrants issued by Warren Township totaling $4,000, as well as a $500 Plainfield warrant, a criminal warrant issued by Flemington Municipal Court for $250, and warrant issued by Essex County with no bail allowed.  Dziedric was taken into custody and turned over to Somerset County Jail.
