Marijuana Possession, Identity Theft Reported In Warren

WARREN, NJ — Drug arrest and identity theft reported in Warren on Tuesday, police reported.

Warren Police Blotter:

On Dec. 27 at 1:47 a.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Route 78, Andre Stennett, 44, of Jamaica, NY was arrested for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. He was processed and released pending a court date. He was issued summonses for possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, speeding (going 88 in a 65) and failure to maintain lane.

On Dec. 27 at 4:25 p.m.: A Dead River Road resident reported identity theft. Since Oct. 6 someone made numerous attempts to open accounts in the victim's name. No money was loss at this time.
