
Oh Baby! Fitness offers new moms a way to work out with their babies and
gain support from other women. All of our instructors are specially
certified to teach prenatal and postnatal fitness courses, so exercise
is fun and safe.
Join us Wednesdays for a great all-over body
workout. This class incorporates cardio, strength training for arms and
legs and focused abdominal work. Baby is worn in a front carrier for
the cardio and strength training portion of the class.
