New Capriotti's Sandwich Shop Opens In Warren
Husband and wife duo Jimit Dharia and Urvi Jatania are expanding their Capriotti's presence with a new shop in Warren.

WARREN, NJ — A new sandwich shop is expanding and opening in Warren on Tuesday.
Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop will celebrate the grand opening of its newest location at 68 Mountain Blvd. This marks the third Capriotti’s venture for local entrepreneurs Jimit Dharia and Urvi Jatania.
The husband-and-wife duo has two other Capriotti's locations in Princeton and Marlton.

Jimit and Urvi, originally from India, bring experience from running restaurants and a construction business. They sought a quick-service restaurant concept before discovering Capriotti's.
"We are thrilled to continue growing Capriotti’s in New Jersey and bring our passion for premium, handcrafted sandwiches to the Warren community," Dharia said.

He added, "As someone who truly values high-quality food, I’m excited to introduce Capriotti’s bold flavors and exceptional service to even more guests in North Jersey."
Capriotti’s is known for various sandwiches, including The Bobbie, which features slow-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayo.
The Capastrami includes pastrami, melted Swiss, Russian dressing, and coleslaw. Cheesesteaks are offered with choices of premium steak, Wagyu, chicken, or plant-based meat, along with cheese and grilled vegetables.
Customers in Warren can order-ahead, online ordering, and third-party delivery options.
The shop also provides catering services for various events, including cold sub trays, box lunches, and a hot homemade meatball bar.
