New Italian Restaurant With Contemporary Twist Opening In Somerset County

Trigo Restaurant Group, which owns La Colina Mexican Cantina and Lukas Seafood & Grille, is expanding to open Troy's Firehouse & Bar.

WARREN, NJ — A new Italian restaurant with a contemporary twist is coming to Warren Township.

Trigo Restaurant Group, which owns La Colina Mexican Cantina and Lukas Seafood & Grille, both in Warren, is expanding to open Troy's Firehouse & Bar.

Troy's will be located at 51 Mt. Bethel Road in Warren in the Arch Plaza next to Turf N' Surf Burger Grill.

"Very soon, Troy’s in Warren, NJ will open its doors to offer you a truly great experience. A menu specially designed for you and a modern bar come together to create unforgettable moments," according to instagram.com/troysnj.

At Troy’s Fire House, the restaurant claims it will bring fire and passion to the heart of every dish.

"From our handcrafted pastas to our brick oven pizzas, every recipe is thoughtfully crafted to become a memorable experience made with authentic flavor and the perfect crisp that only a brick oven can deliver," according to troysfirehousenj.com.

The menu offers a variety of antipasti, salads, soups, pastas, and mains featuring salmon, chicken, veal, and duck.

Troy's will also serve pizza, "fire-kissed, Neapolitan-style creations baked at 900°F in our handcrafted oven. Light, airy crust. Perfect char. Simple ingredients that speak for themselves."

An opening date has not yet been announced.
