PINOT'S PALETTE ART STUDIO TO OPEN FIRST SOMERSET COUNTY FRANCHISE IN SOMERVILLE, NEW JERSEY ON JANUARY 9, 2015
On Friday, January 9 from 7-9 p.m., the Somerville studio will host 'Media & VIP Night.'

Somerville, New Jersey (Somerset County) – Pinot’s Palette, a national franchise which brings art to everyone in a fun and entertaining way through artist-instructed classes and step-by-step painting parties, is opening in Somerville, New Jersey. The ‘paint and sip’ studio is located at 196 West Main Street, Somerville, N.J. 08876. The business is owned by Carmella Bocchino-Bassolino, a Madison resident who is the first Pinot’s Palette franchisee in Somerset County. The motto of Pinot’s Palette is ‘Paint. Drink. Have Fun.’ The studio will be managed by Carmella’s daughter, Samantha Bassolino, a Morristown resident.

On Friday, January 9 from 7-9 p.m., the Somerville studio will host ‘Media & VIP Night.’ Members of the media, business leaders, community advocates and elected officials are invited to network and enjoy a light catered buffet with wine and to experience the festive atmosphere of the studio. At 6:30 p.m., Somerville Mayor Brian Gallagher will perform the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. Participating will be dignitaries from local, county and state government in addition to members of the business community.

Guests attending the event have the option of experiencing a group painting session and will leave at the end of the night with a finished masterpiece! The studio will provide all art supplies, and trained artists will provide step-by-step instructions. No art experience is necessary, and guests can sip wine while painting.

About Pinot’s Palette
Pinot’s Palette was founded in 2009 and provides an entertaining experience to those who want to paint while sipping their favorite wine and beverages. Local artists instruct guests on how to replicate a featured painting, and there are hundreds of paintings to choose from. Pinot’s Palette provides all art supplies, plates, wine glasses and ice buckets, while guests bring their own snacks and beverages on a BYOB basis. Children’s parties are also offered under “Little Brushes” selections and are age-appropriate.
