Reward Offered In Warren Armed Robbery

Do you recognize this man wanted for robbing a Krauszer's in Warren at gunpoint? Public urged not to approach him as he may be armed.

WARREN, NJ — Crime Stoppers of Somerset County, Inc. is offering a $250 cash reward for information related to an armed robber wanted for holding up a convenience store in Warren.

On March 26 at around 8:39 p.m., an armed robbery at the Krauszer’s food store located on Stirling Road was reported.

The male employee of the store reported that a Caucasian male, approximately 50 years old, wearing dark clothing and a white baseball hat entered the store.

The man immediately walked towards the employee showing a handgun and demanded cash from the register. The victim gave the man an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction, according to Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson.

Detectives have released still images obtained from surveillance camera footage and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect. Detectives urge the public not to approach the suspect as he may be armed with a firearm.

All anonymous Crime Stopper tips will be kept confidential.
