Rock ‘N Ryde Cycling Studio is located at 1931 Washington Valley Road in Martinsville, NJ, inside of TEST Sports Club.

Using innovative RealRyder technology, each bike allows for lateral movement, giving riders the ability to engage their core and get a full-body workout. Riders can steer, turn and lean the bike as if operating an outdoor bicycle. As a result, riders burn up to 20% more calories than on a conventional indoor bike, and simultaneously tone muscles, improve endurance and increase agility.

The 20-bike studio comes equipped with low mood lighting and an ultra-modern, club-quality sound system. Each specially-trained, RealRyder-certified instructor creates an inviting, engaging and detail-oriented workout to allow each rider to hit their personal best.

The Rock ‘N Ryde studio also offers access to men’s and women’s shower facilities and locker rooms. Weekday babysitting is available upon request.
