Tywan W. Rawls is named the Fugitive of the Month for July 2026 by the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office.
WARREN, NJ — A man wanted on fencing-dealing in stolen property in Somerset County was named the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office(SCPO) Fugitive of the Month for July.
Tywan W. Rawls is wanted by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office for for Failure to Appear (FTA) for one count of third-degree fencing-dealing in stolen property with a property value of $500-$74,999, which occurred in January in Warren Township.
