Somerset Hills AAUW Branch Meeting

Julia Child, noted American cook, author, and TV personality will be brought to life by actress, Linda Kenyon, during the AAUW November 11th branch meeting.

It was Julia who made French cooking popular in America by using the visual medium of television and the written medium of her many books. Aside from Julia’s public life, Ms. Kenyon will give us a peek into Julia’s private life, her love for husband, Paul Child, her activities during World War II, and the culinary education that rocketed this delightful woman into the hearts and minds of
millions.

Join us for an informative evening with Linda Kenyon as “Julia Child” on Tuesday evening, November 11, at the Bernards Township Library. Refreshments begin at 6:30 pm followed by the program at 7 pm.
