WARREN, NJ — Meet Steamer! He has been chosen as Warren Patch's Pet Of The Week.
"Steamer is an 11 year old Siamese cat who basically acts like a dog. He loves to play fetch and go on walks on a lease. In fact, if you ask Steamer if he wants to go outside he will dash to the drawer where his lease is kept in. He loves to play with his fishing pole toy and he carries it with him everywhere. Once I woke up and Steamer was on my bed waiting for me to wake up with his fishing pole toy right next to him.

One of Steamer’s strangest quirks is that he trained himself to open doors! He just grabs onto the handle and jumps to pull it down to push it open.He is addicted to watching videos of fish and squirrels and that is often the highlight of his day!
The best part of Steamer, however, is how social and friendly he is. He never wants to be alone and loves to hang out with others and meet new people. He loves to cuddle and can bring a smile to anyone’s face. Steamer’s unique traits and friendliness deserve to be recognized as a Pet of the Week!"
