Maddy Realty LLC has since made some changes to the original application such as eliminating the parking garage, reducing the height of the hotel, and the hotel itself is moved further away from neighbors.

Maddy Realty is seeking two variances. One for use of the land for a hotel and the second for the height of the building.

The project has drawn some fire from residents in the area so much so that a Facebook group against the overdevelopment in the township was also formed as a result of this application. To learn more about the group click here.
