Sunny Corner Space Needs a Tenant

The Warren Village Shopping Center (also known as the Bardy Farms Shopping Center and the Shopping Center) has one vacancy open, despite a year of turnover among tenants.

The former location of the real estate office, which moved around the corner, offers a bright, sunny location with lots of nearby traffic—the next door can just about guarantee a steady stream of potential customers (as long as the new business isn't trying to offer deserts!).

So, what would make an ideal tenant? A music store? Or maybe Warren needs a home-grown haberdashery or smoke shop...
