Three Reports of Theft, Break-ins Investigated

Warren Township police reports.

Warren Township police received several reports involving theft or attempted theft on Thursday.

The first reports was made shortly after 10:30 a.m., when a Livingston Avenue resident reported the theft of $20 in cash and paperwork from a vehicle at the residence. The theft occurred sometime between Aug. 28 and Aug.30, according to the victim.

That was followed by a report of a fraudulent credit card charge made by a Smoke Rise Drive resident at 4:10 p.m. The resident reported charges totaling $254.38 made without authorization.

The final report came to police at 4:20 p.m., when a Mitchell Avenue resident reported a vehicle had been broken into sometime during the preceding night. The resident reported nothing had been taken.
