Kakarala was issued a summonses for obstructing passage. No injuries reported.On May 23 at 9:07 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Route 78, Eric Bragg, 22, out of Jersey City was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was also issued summonses for passenger restriction, obstructed view and careless. He was processed and released on his own recognizance.
