Unlocked Car Stolen From Warren Driveway

WARREN, NJ — An unlocked car with the key fob left inside was stolen while parked in the driveway at a Warren home, police report.

The Stardust Drive resident reported on Nov. 8 at 6:17 a.m. that a 2014 Audi A4 was stolen from the driveway sometime overnight.

Other Warren Police Blotter items:

On Oct. 31 at 10:31 a.m.: A resident of Spring Lane reported an incident of identity theft. An unknown party had opened a credit card using the victim's information.

On Nov. 4 at 1:34 p.m.: Randy Wilkinson, 66, of Martinsville was arrested for DUI following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Valley Road. Wilkinson was also issued summonses for disregard of marked lanes, careless, reckless and DUI. Wilkinson was transported to headquarters, processed and released to a family member. The vehicle was impounded by the on call duty hook.

On Nov. 5 at 2:52 p.m.: A resident of Upper Warren Way reported an incident of fraud. The victim's checking account was compromised and approximately $1,500 was removed.

On Nov. 6 at 11:32 a.m.: A theft of 16 telecommunications batteries was reported from the AT&T cell tower site on Dead River Road. The approximate value is $250 each.

On Nov. 8 at 2:15 p.m.: A resident of Red Hill Road reported a theft. At an unknown time, a package valued at $150 was stolen from a mailbox.
