Bella is 16 months old and her owner, Paul Coppa of Warren, said she is bundle of fun and energy.

Her love of dock diving started at an early age.

Coppa took Bella down to his beach house in Ortley Beach where he was playing with a toy with her.

“I was holding the toy and she would get this look in her eyes,” Coppa said. “She is a water dog to begin with but was just learning to get in the water when the toy fell off the deck and she jumped right into the water with no fear.”

Coppa immediately went to Lowe's and bought plywood to make Bella her very own dock off his deck.

“The next thing I knew, she was jumping like crazy,”Coppa said.

Along with her dock diving, Bella enjoys playing on the beach and chasing around her four cat buddies at home.
