Warren Local Among 5 Arrested For Shoplifting In Clark
Clark Police also reported making arrests for outstanding warrants and drug possession.
CLARK, NJ — A Warren local was among five people arrested for shoplifting in Clark, police report.
On Aug. 13 at 1:25 p.m.: Police arrested Mary Stewart, 61, of Warren for shoplifting merchandise valued at $157.61 from the Shoprite Supermarket at 76 Central Ave. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Alex Ruiz was the arresting officer.

On Aug. 8 at 5:57 p.m.: In the vicinity of Valley Road, police arrested Hakeem Waiters, 40, of Jersey City for hindering apprehension. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Det. Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.
On Aug. 9 at 10:37 p.m.: In the vicinity of Madison Hill Road, police arrested Karim Tejada, 36, of Brooklyn, New York for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS). He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.

On Aug. 10 at 11:56 a.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Hugues Pamphile, 25, of Roselle for shoplifting from the Shoprite Supermarket at 76 Central Ave. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Det. Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.
On Aug. 11 at 1:20 p.m.: Police arrested Justine Mattioli, 32,of Keyport for shoplifting merchandise valued at $426.51 from the Shoprite Supermarket at 76 Central Ave. and possession of CDS paraphernalia. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Ted McKeown was the arresting officer.
On Aug. 12 at 8:42 p.m.: In the vicinity of Valley Road, police arrested Heather Mills, 31, of Clark on an outstanding warrant from Middlesex County for contempt of court. She was subsequently transported to the Middlesex County Jail. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.
On Aug. 13 at 8:14 p.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Rayvon Leverette, 30, of Linden on outstanding warrants totaling $1,250 from Bridgewater and Rahway for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Rahway Police Department. Police Officer Brad Dustin was the arresting officer.
On Aug. 15 at 3:15 p.m.: Police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle that was parked in front of a residence on Hillside Avenue. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Alex Ruiz was the investigating officer.
On Aug. 18 at 10:50 p.m.: In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, police arrested Dyquil Jackson, 25, of Newark on an outstanding warrant from Union County for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Also arrested was Jamaal Godley, 28, of Newark on an outstanding warrant from Essex County. He was subsequently transported to the Essex County Jail. Police Officer Paul Sosnowski and Police Officer Michael Hernandez were the arresting officers.
On Aug. 19 at 5:39 p.m.: Police arrested Latha Prasannakumar, 63, of Edison for shoplifting at the Home Goods Store at 1255 Raritan Road. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Mark Detore was the arresting officer.
