Warren Local Arrested For Shoplifting: Blotter

A Warren man was arrested for shoplifting at Acme Supermarket in town, police report.

WARREN, NJ — A Warren man was arrested for shoplifting at a borough supermarket on Thursday, police report.

On March 9 at 7:40 p.m., Warren Police were called to Acme Supermarket on Washington Valley Road for a shoplifting in progress.

Following an investigation, Chaim Bratt, 70, of Warren was arrested. He was transported to headquarters, processed and charged with shoplifting, Warren Police reported.

Bratt was released ROR with a court date.

On March 9 at 11 p.m.: Arsalan A. Ahmed, 21, of Iselin was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams following a motor vehicle stop Liberty Corner Road near Elm Avenue. Ahmed was also issued multiple summonses then released ROR with a court date.
