Warren Man Arrested For DUI
Multiple car accidents reported along with a Warren man arrested for DUI: blotter

Warren, NJ - A Warren man was arrested for DUI early Thursday morning.
James M. Rosa, 42 was arrested for DUI, speeding, careless, reckless and cracked windshield following a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 78 westbound off ramp to King George Road on Thursday at 1:10 a.m., according to the Warren Police blotter.
Rosa was transported to headquarters, processed and charged before being released on his own recognizance to a family member pending a court appearance.

On Wednesday, June 8 at 6:55 a.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Washington Valley Road near North Road. Joseph M. Porchetta, 18, of Martinsville, crossed the center line and struck a 49-year-old from Dunellen and then drove off the road onto the property of Paul's Tree Service and struck a pile of firewood. Porchetta was issued a summonses for careless driving and both cars were towed.

On Wednesday, June 8 at 10:04 p.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on King George Road near the Interstate 78 overpass. A 24-year-old Basking Ridge resident rear-ended a 53-year-old Basking Ridge resident. No injuries reported. No summonses issued.
On Thursday, June 9 at 2:23 p.m.: Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on King George Road near Warren Corp Center. An 80-year-old Basking Ridge resident drifted into the lane of a 57-year-old Piscataway woman and struck her. No injuries reported, no summonses issued.
