Warren Man Arrested For DUI, Having Open Alcohol Container In Car: Police
Multiple incidents of criminal mischief were also reported including the damage of a $3,000 statue on Geiger Lane in Warren, police report.

WARREN, NJ — A Warren man was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop this weekend, police report.
On June 3 at 10:22 p.m.: John Epifano, 49, of Warren was arrested for driving under the influence following a motor vehicle stop. He was transported to headquarters for processing and a tow truck removed his car. Epifano was issued summonses for operating under the influence, careless driving, reckless driving, traffic on marked lines — center lane violation, failure to pull over — emergency vehicle and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

On June 4 at 8:39 a.m.: Several calls received from residents on Strawberry Lane reporting incidents of criminal mischief. Patrol responded and reported damage to mailboxes. The damage occurred between 2:30 and 3 a.m.
On June 4 at 9:55 a.m.: Call received from a resident on Geiger Lane reporting an incident of criminal mischief. Patrol responded and reported a ceramic statue valued at $2,000 to $3,000 had been damaged. The incident occurred between June 3 at 8 p.m. and June 4 at 9:30 a.m.

On June 4 at 10:09 a.m.: Patrol reported criminal mischief to a mailbox on Geiger Lane that occurred sometime during the night.
On June 4 at 12:22 p.m.: Complainant responded to headquarters to report that a burglary occurred to his business, Faccia Landscaping located on Stirling Road. Patrol responded and advised a vehicle and trailer with various landscaping equipment was stolen. A short time later the vehicle was recovered on Interstate 78 East. However the trailer was not with the vehicle. The burglary/theft occurred sometime between June 3 at 6 p.m. and June 4 at 11 a.m.
On May 29 at 7:08 a.m.: A hit and run motor vehicle accident occurred sometime between May 28 at 8 p.m. and May 29 at 7 a.m. on Debby Lane involving damage to a mailbox.
On May 29 at 10:40 p.m.: Julian Conrado, 24, of Edison was arrested for driving under the influence following a car crash on Dockwatch Hollow Road. Conrado swerved to avoid a deer and struck a boulder on the side of the road. He was taken to headquarters for processing and issued summonses for operating under the influence, refusal to take samples of breath, reckless driving, careless driving, traffic on marked lanes and failure to have inspection.
On May 28 at 11:50 a.m.: A Mountain Court resident reported an incident of criminal mischief. Two motor vehicles, a barbecue grill and multiple flower pots were damaged.
