Warren Man Arrested Following Drunk Driving Crash: Police

A Warren man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a crash in Bridgewater: police

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A Warren man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a crash in Bridgewater, police report.

Robert Prochaska, 31, of Warren was arrested for DWI following a motor vehicle crash on Steele Gap Road on Aug. 31 at approximately 6:50 p.m., according to the Bridgewater Police blotter.

After being processed for the arrest Prochaska was issued the following motor vehicle summonses: Careless Driving, Failure to Keep Right, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Failure to Report an Accident, Failure to Exhibit Registration card, Failure to Exhibit Insurance card, Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing and DWI.

In addition, he was charged with the following criminal charges: Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Mischief.

Prochaska was released with a pending court appearance.
