Warren Pedestrian Struck, Airlifted To Hospital

An emergency helicopter flew a Warren pedestrian to the hospital after she was hit by a car driven by a Bridgewater local on Wednesday.

WARREN, NJ — A Warren pedestrian was airlifted to a hospital after she was hit by a car on Wednesday afternoon in the township.

Christina Caracappa, 57, of Warren was reportedly hit on Christy Drive at 12:07 p.m. by a vehicle driven by Jenielle Jensen, 33, of Bridgewater, Warren Police report.

Northstar emergency helicopter landed at Mt. Horeb School to airlift Caracappa to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.
